Free download and install VeryAndroid SMS & MMS Backup on your Android phone. (Skip this step if you have it done)
Note: The best way is to go to the Market (google paly) on Android phone to search "VeryAndroid SMS & MMS Backup" and click to download and install.

Transfer your SMS and MMS on CSV file(Created by VeryAndroid SMS & MMS Backup) from computer to your phone and place in this folder on your SD Card: sdcard/veryandroid/MMSBackup/ (Skip this step if the file already on there).

Run VeryAndroid SMS & MMS Backup, click the "Restore SMS & MMS" button and then select SMS & MMS CSV file to restore. Then click "OK" button to continue.

Restoring SMS & MMS is in process now.
- 5.
Done. All SMS messages are in your Android phone now.
